My tracking says delivered but I haven’t received anything. What do I do?
Please reach out to the carrier to see if they have any additional information. If the carrier is unable to locate the package, please file a claim and contact us with the claim number so we can assist further. We will make things right!
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out. If you don’t receive a ship confirmation email or the incorrect email was entered at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can send you the tracking details and update your email address for any further notifications.
You can also find your tracking details in My order Section if you registered an account with us before or at the time of placing your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This will depend on the service level you choose. You can refer to the estimated times above for each service level for more details.
Please note that carriers have suspended all service guarantees at this time so you may experience additional delays while your item is with the carrier in transit. We commit to releasing your order to the carrier the same day if purchased before 1:00 pm EST Monday to Friday.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and released to the carrier the same day if received by 1:00PM EST. A ship confirmation with tracking will be sent to your email that was provided at time of placing your order. For all orders placed after 1pm EST, your order will be released the following business day.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date?
Our distribution teams and shipping partners are making every effort to process and deliver your packages safely. Carriers may need an additional day or two to deliver your shipment, but rest assured your package will arrive.
In the event there has been no tracking updates for a couple of days, please reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to get the order to you as soon as possible.
As carriers have suspended guarantees due to the current climate there are no delivery date guarantees for any service, including next day delivery. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
I put the wrong delivery address for my order. How do I update it?
If for any reason your delivery address is incorrect or has changed after placing the order, not to worry! Please contact us via phone, live chat or email so we can quickly correct the address for you.
Are shipping fees refundable?
All shipping costs are non-refundable. This also applies to orders that don’t arrive by the estimated delivery date.
Is it normal to hear a lot of static noise when I turn on the device?
Our Sonoline B Baby Doppler is a sensitive device, and some static noise is normal during normal operation. Refer to our how-to videos to see what noises and sounds to expect during operation, and what a successful baby heartbeat detection sounds like.
Some noises you will hear are from the friction caused by the movement of the probe against your skin (so use gel liberally to limit any unwanted noises from moving the probe)

Do you accept returns for Baby Doppler products purchased from another retailer?
Unfortunately, we only provide refunds for orders placed through our website at Dagamma USA or a marketplace where the products are shipped by us directly. We understand it may get confusing sometimes, so please feel free to reach out to us by phone, email, or live chat, and we will do our very best to assist where we can and take care of things for you.

All our devices come with a limited 1-year warranty. Dagamma Inc. warranties this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a home environment for personal use. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Dagamma Inc.
A defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways:
Keep in mind, using this product is not a replacement for regular doctor visits and is not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition nor to derive at any medical conclusion based on its findings. The use of this product is merely to hear a baby's heartbeat and for the bonding experience it provides. The heart rate value on the screen is computed from the audible sound heard on the device and may not be an accurate indication of the actual heartbeat and should not be relied upon for medical purposes. If you have any medical conditions or have any medical questions or concerns, please consult with a professional health care practitioner before using this product.
Extended Device Protection – Upgrade to a 2-Year Unlimited Warranty
For added peace of mind purchase the Extended Device Protection. For a small fee you will receive an additional year of warranty directly from Dagamma USA. With this unlimited warranty, we will cover you for up to 2 years from the date of purchase provided that the product is used in a home environment for personal use. This option is so you don’t have to worry about anything that could go wrong with your devices.
